When will my first mailer arrive?
Every mailer ships on the 5th of the month, all together — like clockwork. Join by the 28th and your first envelope goes out on the very next 5th. Join after the 28th, and you’ll be in the following month’s batch. Either way, something lovely is already being made for your mailbox.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. Monthly members can pause or cancel anytime, right from your account page. Annual members can pause for a month — we’ll tack it onto the end of your membership so you never lose a mailer. Annual plans are prepaid and refundable within your first 30 days (see our return policy below). No phone calls, no hoops, ever.
Is shipping really free? (Yes — always in US only.)
Yes — shipping is always free within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay, no surprises at checkout. Shipping internationally? A shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly gets you the full mailer experience, month to month. Annual members get everything monthly members do, plus the leather Cooking With Love binder gift set to keep every recipe card in — and priority access to our in-person events. You’ll also save $40 over the year. It’s the best value, and the way most of our members join.
Can I gift a membership?
Absolutely — it might be the most “you thought of me” gift there is. At checkout, choose the gift option, add the recipient’s address, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can include a note, and we’ll make sure their first envelope feels special.

If the Club isn’t for you, let us know within 30 days of joining and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds aren’t automatic with cancellation — just email us to request one. You’re welcome to keep any mailers that have already arrived. For international members, shipping fees aren’t eligible for refund.
After 30 days — Monthly Memberships
Refunds aren’t available for monthly payments already collected, but any mailer you’ve paid for will still be sent to you. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account page.
After 30 days — Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are prepaid, so refunds aren’t available after the 30-day guarantee expires. Every remaining mailer in your year will be delivered to the address on file — you’ll get everything you paid for.
Returns for Non-Mailer Items
Physical products like the leather binder gift set can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. If your box is unopened, simply write “REFUSED” on it and hand it back to your mail carrier at no cost. If it’s been opened, return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged — in that case, we’ll cover everything and make it right.
When returning at your own cost, please include your order number, name, email, the reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Refunds are processed once we receive the item intact.
Damaged or Missing Mailers
If anything ever arrives damaged or goes missing, email us and we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
