WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • ⅓ cup dry white wine
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 boneless skin-on chicken breasts
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

METHOD

Arrange the lemon wedges around the chicken and roast for 30-40 minutes, until golden and fully cooked through. If desired, broil for the final 2 minutes for additional color. Allow the chicken to rest before serving.
